    Livelo will supply you with all the equipment and accessories you need for your ride in Thousand Oaks and delivery to your accommodation is an option at the checkout.


    The Orbea Orca M30 is engineered for one specific purpose: to be the ultimate partner for attacking mountain passes.     We require bookings 3 days in advance of your rental start date.


    And of course Livelo can deliver your bike to your Thousand Oaks, Agoura Hills or Malibu accommodation.

How to Place a Booking

  • 1. Choose Size and Dates

    • Select your bike size.
    • Select your rental start date, being the first day you want to ride (we deliver the evening before your rental start date).
    • Select your rental end date (if you are renting for 1 day, the start and end dates will be the same).

  • 2. Add Your Details

    • Add your rider details - rider name, height etc.
    • Choose your pedals
    • Choose your helmet.
    • Choose your accessories.
    • Enter your measurements (optional).
    • Continue shopping to add another bike, a guided ride, nutrition, extra bottle etc.
    • Add to Cart.

  • Hotel Delivery

    • Select Delivery (btw Livelo will collect the bike from you at 3 pm on your rental end date).
    • Check out.
    • Checkout occurs in the currency of the country you are riding in.

  • What's included

    The following are included with your Thousand Oaks rental:

    • Helmet (please select your size in your ride profile)
    • Pedals - Shimano SPD-SL Road, Shimano SP-MTB, Look Keo, Flat pedals.
    • 2 x bottle holders
    • 1 x Saddlebag with Co2 canister, Co2 adaptor, spare tube, tyre-levers and a multi-tool.

    How it Works

    Livelo makes it easy to enjoy a great ride on a high-quality bike when you are traveling to Thousand Oaks

    • Livelo supplies all the equipment and accessories you need for your ride.
    • Livelo will deliver your bike to your hotel concierge the evening prior to your ride, if you select the Delivery option at checkout.
    • You can also choose to collect your bike from our central Thousand Oaks address the afternoon prior to your booking.
    • When you are finished with your bike, return it to the hotel concierge or return it to Livelo if you collected it from us.
    • Livelo provides extensive information on the best rides in Thousand Oaks.
    • Livelo can arrange a local guide to ride with you, making your riding experience as enjoyable as possible.
    • Book your bike directly on our website. No need for back and forth emails and forms across time zones.
    • Please place your booking 48 hours prior to your rental start date.

    We have a small fleet of high-quality road bikes in each city. Please book ASAP to avoid disappointment.

    • Login to your account or signup for a free account.
    • Select your start date (the first day you want to ride - we deliver the evening before).
    • Select your End date (the last day you want to ride).
    • Select your size.
    • Add to cart.
    • Add your rider profile information.
    • Add any another bike, accessories or a guided ride.
    • Go to your cart - top right corner.
    • Add your location address.
    • Choose delivery or pickup option.
    • Finalise your payment via credit card.

    After You Place Your Booking

    • You will receive a transaction receipt via email.
    • You will receive a booking confirmation with your booking details. Please check your spam folders if not in your inbox.
    • You can also check, and update your booking status in your Rider Profile here on the Livelo App.
    • You can follow the status of your booking on the app.
