Refund Policy

1 Hires and Gift Certificates are not refundable except in accordance with these Terms or as otherwise agreed in writing by Livelo.


2 Refunds, where permitted, will be made only to the person or Reseller who purchased the Hire from Livelo.


3 For purchases made through a third-party Reseller, that Reseller is responsible for processing any applicable refund or voucher redemption.


4 Refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible. Livelo store credit may be issued in lieu of refund, as specified in the Cancellation Policy.


5 Refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days of approval. However, depending on the customer’s bank or card issuer, funds may take up to 14 business days to appear in the customer’s account.


6 All refund-related enquiries must be submitted via email to ride@livelo.bike, quoting the booking reference number and the name under which the booking was made.
