EXITING YOUR HOTEL QUARANTINE
Yes, the day will come. Until then, we hope your Livelo equipment provides some relief from the confines of your hotel quarantine.
When you are preparing to finish your quarantine reach out to your hotel operations team and tell them that you have fitness equipment from Livelo.
They will supply you with some cleaning materials to wipe down the equipment.
Our preference is for you to leave the equipment in the hallway outside your room when you exit. It's important that you only do this as you exit the room, not before.
Please ensure all items are grouped together, included cables, instructions, etc. Please place any Livelo tags or stickers on the items. We also recommend that you take a photo of the equipment and share it with us at ride@livelo.bike
