We understand that you may not know your hotel details yet.

When you arrive in Sydney and have your hotel allocated you can update Livelo once you have checked it. 

We also know that your travel plans can change and are happy to reschedule if your dates change or provide a refund if you are unable to travel to Sydney, or if you are allocated a hotel that does not allow treadmills.

Please don't wait until you arrive in Sydney to confirm your booking, as we most likely be sold out by that time. Unfortunately, we have a number of customers who do this, and we are just trying to help you avoid the disappointment they feel.

We can send you an invoice to reserve the items you have requested. Or you can reserve the items you need now by clicking here and reserving your equipment directly on the website. It's a straightforward process and each item has a FAQ section that answers all the common questions.
